Orders & Pricing

Yes. Professional pricing is available through our Pro Account program for eligible stylists and salons.

We believe in responsible pricing — reflecting true product value, professional performance, and long-term reliability rather than short-term discounts.

Some products may be visible, but professional pricing and benefits are available only to approved Pro Account holders.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are fulfilled from our designated warehouses to ensure efficient delivery and consistent handling standards.

Shipping times vary by location and order size. Estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout.

Yes. We ship to selected international destinations. Shipping availability and rates are calculated at checkout.

Returns & Support

For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, only unused, unopened hair products are eligible for return. Please refer to our Return Policy for details.
