Due to hygiene and safety regulations, we do not accept refunds or exchanges on used or opened products. However, if your product is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately within 7 days of receiving your order for assistance.

2. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, we are happy to offer you a replacement or full refund. To proceed, please follow these steps:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.

  • Provide a photo of the damaged or defective product, along with a description of the issue.

  • Our customer support team will assist you in resolving the issue.

3. Incorrect Items

If we have made an error in processing your order and sent you the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for a return and send you the correct product.

4. Return Shipping

For any returns related to damage or incorrect items, Avor Hair covers the return shipping cost. For other cases, the customer is responsible for any return shipping fees.

5. Refund Process

Once a return or refund request is approved, we will issue your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to be processed, depending on your payment provider.

6. Non-Refundable Items

Due to the nature of our products, the following items are non-refundable:

  • Any items not in their original, sealed packaging.
